Summary of position:
A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls. Being a professional and showing empathy and understanding in all interactions with clients
- Learning the St Regis software and becoming an expert in all things St Regis
- Demonstrating strong organizational and followup skills
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and efficiency.
- Escalating/relaying issues in a timely manner and providing feedback to the team
- Helping with updating client facing informational documentation on as needed basis
- Providing ideas/feedback to improve departmental processes on an ongoing basis
- Being a team player and assisting your fellow colleagues as required.
- Mentoring new employees as you gather more experience/expertise
- Demonstrating strong communication and analytical skills with meticulous written skills and strong verbal communications.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Spoken English (fluent), Written English (professional level)
Qualifications:
- Must have appropriate transit to attend the directing branch office.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Job Type:
Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, annual salary -measured on experience, Benefits after 90-day probationary period
