This MODERN OPEN CONCEPT and SPA-LIKE MEDICAL CLINIC in the DOWNTOWN core is looking for a Pediatrician to join our rapidly growing team.

The clinic is professionally designed by a physician to enhance efficiency and promote a pleasant work environment with STATE OF THE ART TECHNOLOGY, full EMR (ACCURO) and offers a competitive split.

Our team of family physicians will be able to generate internal referrals for you.

We have an on-site lab and pharmacy and well-trained, very efficient staff.

Hours and days are flexible. Clinic is open Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5pm

Short walk to Union station

Duties:

Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients, from newborns to adolescents
Conduct physical examinations and assessments to diagnose and treat various medical conditions
Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history
Prescribe medications and administer treatments as necessary
Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and their families on preventive care, nutrition, and overall wellness
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records

Requirements:

Valid Ontario medical license to practice as a pediatrician
Strong knowledge of pediatric medicine, including current best practices and guidelines
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues
Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound clinical judgments
