What you will be doing

Craft and oversee strategies for all Marketing teams, including Social Media, PR, and Creatives.
Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and features)
Prepare monthly marketing budget and monthly report.
Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans and conduct interviews

Requirements:

Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within an advertising agency
Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing roles with a proven successful track record
Excellent communication skills and proactiveness.
Great interest in social media, especially TikTok.
Experience running successful marketing campaigns
Interest in working with TikTok influencers and brands.
Motivation to gain quick experience in the social media advertisement industry.
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
Analytical mind
Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
