Description
Prepare detailed takeoffs for all aspects of the project- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Attend prebid meetings and site visits
- Work with the project management team to ensure that all estimates are accurate and complete
- Prepare proposals and contracts Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in estimating for commercial and Residential plumbing/mechanical projects
- Knowledge of construction materials, means, and methods
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Benefits:
