The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all construction activities on a data center project featuring advanced High Performance Computing technologies, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, and redundant power infrastructures. ++
Responsibilities
Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of all construction activities for data center projects,+ Review and interpret electrical design documents,
+ Interface with mechanical, civil, and IT/Network teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical and Mechanical with data center operations.
+ Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers,
+ Oversee testing, inspection, and commissioning of electrical systems,+ Ensure all electrical equipment adheres to industry standards,,
+ Track progress
, manage schedules ensure project milestones are achieved within budget timetable.,
, Identify risks related to electrical infrastructure redundancy system reliability ,+ Provide clear updates to project leadership clients stakeholders on progress challenges solutions.+
