    Relevant de la directrice principale du Centre d'excellence client et gestion de prix, le titulaire du poste répondra à la clientèle pour la vente des produits d'emballage alimentaire, sanitaire, d'entretien et industriel. Il agira à titre de personne ressource et fournira des conseils pour toutes les questions concernant les produits et les prix de vente selon certains paramètres préétablis. Il assurera le lien entre les clients et les représentants des ventes. Il accomplira toutes autres tâches administratives connexes. Le poste sera basé à Boucherville: 1401 Rue Ampère, Boucherville, QC J4B 6C5.

    Responsabilités

    • Prendre les commandes par téléphone;
    • Recevoir les clients au comptoir de service;
    • Entrer les données à l'informatique;
    • Répondre aux questions de la clientèle;
    • Faire la promotion des produits;
    • S'assurer constamment de la satisfaction du client;
    • Résoudre des problèmes en collaboration avec différents services;
    • Travailler sur différents projets simultanément selon les besoins de l'équipe;
    • Effectuer toutes les autres tâches connexes.

    • Poste permanent et temps plein;
    • Lundi au vendredi | 37.5 heures/semaine;

    • Expérience dans le secteur de la vente ou du service à la clientèle (un atout);
    • Anglais fonctionnel;
    • Connaissance des outils informatiques : suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
    • Être orienté vers le client et avoir le sens de l'initiative;
    • Faire preuve d'autonomie et de polyvalence;
    • Avoir une très bonne communication interpersonnelle;
    • Être débrouillard, flexible et avoir une grande capacité d'apprentissage;
    • Professionnalisme et dynamisme;
    • Bilinguisme écrit et parlé (niveau anglais avancé puisque le poste implique des échanges fréquents avec des fournisseurs situés à l'extérieur du Québec, majoritairement anglophone, environ 60% du temps.).
