Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team.

As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Duties:

• Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency and quality
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

$15.30-$20.68 per hour
