Job Summary
The selected candidate will join the Financial Services Group, part of Advisory Solutions within BMO Commercial Bank, Canada.The Managing Director, Credit Structuring will be responsible for managing and leading a team of credit analysts, overseeing the overall credit execution process for the entire FSG portfolio,
and establishing a comprehensive analysis framework to assess and review current and prospective relationships key business and credit risks.
Responsibilities
- Leads the structuring of high-value, complex deals, and credit approvals ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Structures deals secures credit approvals negotiates high-value transactions identifies opportunities for cross-selling.
