Information Systems Project Analyst:

Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Waterloo - Becket House


We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IS Project Analyst to join our team in Becket House on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This role will offer the post holder an opportunity to oversee the delivery of new systems set to be rolled out in 2023.


The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

  • To identify and project manage end to end delivery of new Information System solutions across the business
  • Regularly review and identify new and innovative technology or processes
  • Be responsible for business analysis activities to capture business requirements and undertake gap
analysis

  • To assist in the evaluation and selection of new solutions or functionality where an internal solution cannot
be found

  • Develop business cases, create specification and project documentation to ensure project deliverables are clearly defined
  • Will need to coordinate internal and external resources to deliver solutions
  • Provide dedicated support upon implementation before handover to the support team
  • Must have previous experience in implementation of technological solutions, project management and business analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software packages including Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Will have good time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadline
  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint including configuration experience is highly desirable
  • Previous experience within the FM business is an advantage
