- Plan and oversee end-to-end ERP implementation projects to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Develop project plans, Project Charter, resource plan, risk register, and governance structure during project initiation.
- Monitor and control each project phase as per the approved plan.
- Track budget to identify variances for prompt action.
- Report project issues and risks, manage customer expectations, and communicate status updates.
- Ensure adherence to change control procedures for system and scope changes.
- Facilitate project stages, customer acceptance, and project phase closure.
- Offer project management for smaller projects as required.
- Create and evaluate Statements of Work, analyze RFPs, and aid in pre-sales processes.
- Assist in customer contract development and occasional travel within North America.
- 3+ years' project management experience in ERP, software implementation, or software development projects exceeding $2 million budgets.
- Proven ability to adhere to project time-frames.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Understanding of software development life cycle and strong business acumen.
- Experience in team management, working autonomously, and following established methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, capable of creating Project Charters, plans, and change requests.
- Plan resources, manage project budgets, analyze variances, and recommend actions for scope delivery within budget.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Change management background is advantageous.
- PMP Certification or working towards it, familiarity with Unit4 ERP is a plus.
