Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Tim Hortons locations within Fergus/Elora, ON.

This includes working closely with Restaurant Managers by providing leadership and direction, to ensure Tim Hortons standards are met and exceeded.

The Operations Manager will coach Restaurant Managers on all aspects of their restaurants. Including business and financial results, effective operations, health and safety, team member engagement and guest satisfaction.

This individual possesses strong financial acumen and business development skills and will have the ability to analyze information such as sales, food & paper, labour and overhead expenses to determine appropriate solutions for growth.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 + years of leadership or management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant Must possess Restaurant Leadership experience Guest service skills key Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work at the store level to ensure the Company's and Brand's operational standards are met Excellent leadership skills Works well under pressure and is able to multitask Financial literacy and analytical/problem solving skills Open availability
