About the Role:


Reporting to the Manager, Social Analytics, the Social Media Analyst will have a hand in a variety of social and digital analytics priorities for our Talent Group and supporting the Manager, Social Analytics as well as the overall Social team.

This demanding role is best suited for someone who is experienced in both social media and traditional web analytics work and is comfortable working in a deadline driven environment in which priorities are constantly changing and direction can often be ambiguous.

We are looking for someone who is both an independent individual contributor, as well as have experience working with various teams and departments.


You will contribute by:


  • Data Extraction and Archiving: Create dashboards by sorting, preparing, and archiving a high volume of data across key social channels on a regular basis for both brands and campaigns.
  • Reporting & Insights: Providing timely and accurate reporting (monthly and quarterly brands' performance), analysis, and actionable insights of key social media reports (content analysis, social conversations/intelligence, trends/content ideation, audience insights, competitor research analysis) for a variety of brands and campaigns across all key channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat) and all key brands both internal and external
  • Storytelling With Data: Proven ability in crafting compelling and clear stories out of data and translate insights into key actionable and influential recommendations.
  • Vendor &

Platforms Management:

Providing backup support to the Manager for contracts and vendor relationship management as well as platforms and tools support.


  • Training &

User Support:

Comfortable with providing one-to-one or small group training sessions as well as continuously providing ad hoc user support to team mates on a variety of tools and topics by staying abreast with the latest social media trends and technologies.


  • Collaboration: Work along with various Strategists, providing them with detailed analytical insights and recommendations on various ad hoc requests or as and when required.
  • Other tasks as required ad hoc requests/competitor analysis.

Skills and experience you will bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in any or all of the following social and digital analytics tools: Facebook Insights, Facebook Ad Manager, Twitter Analytics, Twitter Ad Manager, YouTube Analytics, Snapchat Ad Manager, Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Google Analytics,ListenFirst, social media management and an in-depth knowledge of social listening tools (Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Spredfast, Sprinklr, Hootsuite), data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI is a plus but not mandatory)
  • Proven ability to create dashboards on excel, and presentations with visuals for internal teams and clients.
  • Proven advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong technical abilitiescomfortable with using a variety of software and tools as well as learning and adapting to new ones.
  • Experience in dealing with internal and external business partners and/or the ability to work with internal or external partners.
  • Completion of a postsecondary degree or diploma preferably in Business, Mathematics, or Computer Science
  • Professional, positive, and diplomatic demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal skills—comfortable dealing with people from different departments, roles, and outside partners
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Deadline driven, able to prioritize and reprioritize workload as needed to complete tasks
  • Ability to tell a story backed by data and deriving actionable insights to help create a meaningful recommendation.
  • High degree of selfmotivation, independence, and reliability
  • High degree of initiative and ability to proactively troubleshoot issues
  • Comfortable with taking and understanding direction from multiple people
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and constant changes in priorities in a fastpaced environment. Strong adaptability to learning new tools & technology & multitasking.
