Responsibilities:


  • Manage customer/Leads database, send updates and do follow ups
  • Maintain client communication & build relationships
  • Build, Maintain and Execute multiple Social Media Platform calendors
  • Answer and direct phone calls, book appointments, greet customers.
  • Ability to create, execute and track advt on various platforms google/meta
  • Graphic designing in Canava or other platforms
  • Know GTA area to search properties & send to clients
  • Ability to Learn MLS systems to list properties
  • Detailed oriented for manage deal paperwork for Audit compliance
  • Excellent customer service communications (verbal/Nonverbal)
  • Ability to Organise tasks, deadlines and switch priorities based on needs

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Toronto, ON M9W 5X1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree (required)

Experience:


  • Administrative: 2 years (required)
  • Digital marketing: 2 years (required)
