As a
Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for carrying out general interior and exterior maintenance work (housekeeping, snow removal, minor electrical/plumbing/painting repairs, etc.) in addition to being in charge of the site during the absence of the supervisor.

You will have to ensure the safety, quality and hygiene of the facilities and will be responsible for ensuring that the site and facilities are clean, adequate and functional at all times.

You have a DEP in general building maintenance or any relevant experience as well as knowledge of the field of swimming pools, ponds or spas (an asset).

You have a very good sense of organization, are resourceful, rigorous and care about a job well done. You have great curiosity and enjoy finding and solving different mechanical problems. You do well in
French & English.
