Reporting to the Contracts and invoicing Supervisor, we are looking for a contracts administrative clerk to work with and support our sales team on all new contracts.


Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Creates, prepares, maintains, and administers contracts for the sales team
  • Update existing contracts in the system
  • Ensure contract renewal dates are tracked, monitored and up to date
  • Ensure contractual obligations are in compliance with company standards
  • Open new customer accounts and data in the system
  • Quality control and updates of contracts for sales team
  • Internal customer service, coordinate with sales team on a daily( service team and sales team for questions).

Requirements:


  • Fully bilingual in English and French
  • Good communicator
  • Familiar with Microsoft suite, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Familiar with the Maestro program an asset
  • Familiar with CRM an asset
