Objective:


Key Deliverables:


  • Various artifacts and documents throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement new systems or enhancements to existing systems to meet business needs.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to ensure systems meet requirements.
  • Provide training and support to endusers on new systems or features.
  • Collaborate with developers and IT teams to implement and integrate systems.
  • Document processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  • Adhoc report design and development
  • Manage report, project and IT ticket management system

Education/Work Experience:


  • Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science or related field or equivalent proven experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Business System Analyst or similar role.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are desired

Behavioural Competencies:


  • Document business and function requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Technical Competencies:


  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Familiarity with database concepts and SQL
  • Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM)
  • Experience report development (e.g., PowerBI, PowerQuery, SSRS)
  • Experience with IT ticket management system
  • Familiarity with Sharepoint Site development
