This newly created leadership role is designed to protect the integrity and profitability of ‘s financial products — including the Card and Cash — as they rapidly scale. You will own both strategy and execution: leading a team of analysts, shaping fraud abuse ,and KYC policies in partnership with Product Finance Compliance developing controls that safeguard one of’s most critical growth engines this role must be based in the United States due to bank requirements.- Identify emerging fraud abuse identity risks across financial products; partner with Product Compliance Engineering to design optimize policies rules controls balance growth customer experience profitability ,
- Conduct deep investigations into complex patterns including theft synthetic activity transaction fraud. ,
- Beyond ERM program Execution collaborate sponsor bank ensure compliance BSA/AML obligations suspicious reporting watchlist monitoring reports indicators related loss metrics risk product
