JOB TITLE QC Analyst

REPORTS TO QC Manager

POSITION PURPOSE

Support QA/QC Manager in ensuring the conformance of packaging components, and environmental monitoring to the current GMPs, current specifications and internal procedures.

TASKS and RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

• Inspect and sample packaging components;
• Execute on a daily basis, Physical tests of packaging components;
• Use laboratory instruments (FTIR, UV, etc) and computer systems to collect data;
• Compile and analyze data;
• Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, Maintenance, Laboratories, and QA to solve potential compliance issues in a proactive way in order to deliver packaging components on time;
• Actively participate, facilitate and approve the timely completion of investigations/deviations inspection/analysis of packaging components;
• Ensure regulatory compliance to the cGMP and data integrity;
• Maintain accurate and precise documentation;
• Conform to the laboratory health and safety rules, adhere to safety standards and regulations, including wearing proper protective equipment;
• Perform other duties as required by the team to support QC Unit activities;

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school degree or DEC;

• Bilingual

• Spoken and written (English/French);
• Good computer systems skills;
• Good analytical skills, rigor and organization;
• Good communication skills;
• Effective management of time and priorities.
• Be able to face difficult / unexpected situations.
• Respect the deadlines.
