We are a leading boutique private swim school dedicated to providing high-quality swimming programs and promoting water safety.

With multiple locations across Kanata, Nepean, Ottawa East, and Orleans, we offer a range of swim lessons for children and adults of all skill levels.

Our team of experienced instructors is committed to delivering exceptional instruction and ensuring a positive and enjoyable learning experience for all participants.

Responsibilities:

Conduct swimming lessons for children and adults of various skill levels, following our established curriculum and lesson plans.
Provide personalized instruction and guidance to each student, ensuring their safety and progress in the water.
Assess students' swimming abilities and make necessary adjustments to instruction to meet individual needs.
Teach proper swimming techniques, including strokes, breathing techniques, and water safety skills.
Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to develop confidence and enjoy swimming.
Maintain accurate records of students' progress and attendance.

Qualifications:

Minimum age of 15 years or older.
Certification in CPR-C, Standard First Aid, and NLS or Bronze Cross.
Previous experience as a swim instructor is preferred but not required.
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well with children and adults of all ages.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional instruction.

Locations and Schedule:
We have openings for swim instructors at our Kanata, Nepean, Ottawa East, and Orleans locations. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
