Description

Hiring at Incahoots Bar and Grill. Experience preferred.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Clean and sanitize bar area, including utensils and equipment
• Maintain a wellstocked bar with an adequate supply of ingredients and supplies
• Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of food service procedures and standards
• Proficient in basic math for handling cash transactions and calculating drink costs
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
• Basic understanding of time management to ensure efficient service
• Hospitalityoriented mindset with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers
• Familiarity with the food industry, including different types of beverages and their preparation methods
