• Computer Applications Degree will be appreciated

• Should well versed with chat management (Good typing speed as well)

• Be able to do independent research to find answers to more complex or unique categories.
• Should be able to work under pressure & handle multiple tasks efficiently, without compromising on quality

• Administration and fielding calls
• Prepare post settlement activities
• Managing collection of information from clients and assisting them with completion of paperwork to meet timelines
• Verifying the authenticity and relevance of client's paperwork and supporting documents
• Provide accurate information to clients upon their visa request
• Process all associated administrative tasks and adhering to financial processes internally
• Preparing and handover of final tour details for visa purposes, including tickets, insurance, and confirmation details
