Data Quality Associate (Temporary, Full-time)

Duration:10 months

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday (flexibility to work evenings & Saturdays)

Rate of Pay:
Based on experience

Position Description:

As a Data Quality Associate, you will:

Engage in phone conversations with members, ensuring members are comfortable providing the information Kawartha requires to update records.
Aim to resolve and update all required data during one interactive interaction (call) with the member.
Identify other member service opportunities or outstanding questions that require follow up by other Kawartha partners.
Provide any referrals to branches or Contact Centre Associates for further products or services that enhance the member's financial wellbeing.
This role may also, at times, include administrative duties, data entry, staff communication (verbal and written), and other special sub

- projects

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
One year in a Member Service Representative (I) role, or equivalent experience
A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role within the financial services industry
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent problemsolving and communications skills
