Hours: 37.5 hours/week (Monday - Friday)

Location:
Park Royal Office, West Vancouver B.C. - Hybrid (minimum 50% in-office)


About the role

As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will work with our rapidly growing recruitment team to formulate and recruitment strategies that are competitive, sustainable, in attracting the best talent in the marketplace.

You will work as a mentor, coach, and recruitment expert who provides guidance to the rest of the team.


About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • An Undergraduate degree and/or an advanced certificate in human resources, marketing, or related topic (CHRP or Registered Professional Recruiter designation is an asset). An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in recruitment. Solid knowledge of the concepts, practices, methods and techniques pertaining to the human resources field, with emphasis in recruitment.
  • Superior detail and analytical skills to review and assess applicants, and also to conduct program assessment and related trend analysis and statistics. Experience in project management across multiple facets is valued.
  • Sensitivity to and an understanding of key issues and opportunities for BC First Nations. Experience working with First Nations organizations or communities is an asset.
