Role Overview


BIXLERS is currently looking for a bilingual CRM Coordinator who will be responsible for the execution of effective Digital/CRM strategies and programs to build and promote BIXLERS brand in US using owned and paid media channels.

Reporting into the Director of Data Analytics, this role would be responsible for building and executing Digital Marketing/CRM strategies while ensuring continuous optimization in performance through testing (creative, copy, send times, segmentation etc.).

You will work for a Canadian flagship with international influence that is undergoing a major digital transformation.

You will work with peers reporting into Brand Activation Lead, Market Brand Communications, eCom, Market back office and Digital. Our goal is to offer an exceptional user experience that is perfectly integrated into our products.

Ultimately, you'll help grow BIXLERS membership and maintain its health by managing deliverability, contact frequency and content.

To be successful in this role, you must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Suite.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop strategies to grow the CRM database across all consumer touch points (eCom / Retail marketing, Social Media) in the Market.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to develop comprehensive plans that support brand and business goals.
  • Develop strategies to grow the CRM database
  • Conceptualize and launch a Market loyalty program.
  • Partner with IT and external vendors (if/where required) to create the necessary technical infrastructure to support the program.
  • Own all consumer data, data structure, segmentation.
  • Set rules of engagement for consumer contact/direct communications in partnership with all stakeholders.
  • Review the campaign dashboard for proofing and approval; Initiate ideas and tests to implement 3rd party tools in newsletter campaigns.
  • Work to achieve objectives and results with shortterm operational focus; Contribute indirectly to achievements of results based on specifically defined operational targets.
  • Create and distribute engaging written/graphic/video contents in the form of enewsletters, web page, blog content, and/or social media messages, SMS, etc.
  • Monitor digital performance and KPI's on a regular cadence to ensure we continually achieve and exceed targets while maintaining a positive return on our investment.
Requirements and skills

  • Delivering and managing CRM programs for worldclass consumer centric businesses (minimum 3 years)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Suite is a must
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven project management experience
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite
  • Proficiency using Google Analytics
  • Expert in Adobe CC suite
  • Familiar with HTML creation
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
  • Expert Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory
