Job summary
Customer Service Associates are responsible for interacting with customers and managing all transactions efficiently and accurately while working with our computerized system.Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions, sales, and refunds through cash registers
- Operate scanners and credit card/debit card terminals
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collections payments and bag purchases for customers
- Maintain front end department merchandise
- Answering front desk phone directing calls Assisting other departments functions as required Able to learn operate applicable computer system D365 used process orders
