Job summary
We are currently hiring a full-time Service Writer/Warranty Administrator to join our Service department.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and working with customers to determine mechanical issues schedule appointments create work orders
- Obtaining verifying validating that correct information is in our Point of Rental system serial VIN numbers equipment hours company contact phone numbers
- Providing excellent customer service by providing updates on service progress via telephone or Kenect Escalating customer complaints and service issues to the attention of the Service Manager Completing warranty paperwork for submission to dealer in accordance with their requirements Verifying warranty service contract coverage ensuring all correct documentation is in place for submission within days of completion Working with Heavy Equipment Technicians get accurate information for stories bill customers create estimates Closing work orders complete payments when customers pick up serviced equipment Creating Purchase Orders outside purchases Assisting parts inventory required strong organizational time management skills Excellent customer experience Previous experience warranty policies procedures Competitive wages pay position starts at per hour Comprehensive benefits RRSP DSP program Stable year-round work great hours Employee Discount Promote from within policy Employee referral bonus Fantastic team work Monthly cake days celebrate birthdays anniversaries You busy—and we get To save time ensure great fit start make sure resume reaches right person please apply online careers page complete screening questions Powered JazzHR }
