    QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Training And Experience

    High school graduation plus additional study in a related field. At least 3 years' experience in a paid or unpaid Volunteer Coordination position. Knowledge or familiarity of the Volunteer Management Theory Cycle considered an asset.

    • Superior computer and technological skills (MS Office Suite required)
    • Demonstrated administrative skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Experience working with a database.
    • Demonstrated experience as a volunteer is an asset.
    • Supporting volunteer teams is an asset.
