Responsibilities:

Handle a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, and property division.

Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings and submissions.

Qualifications:

• More than 3 years of post
• call family law experience.
• D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
