Our Vineyard farming and farm management operation is growing so we are hiring again The office is located approximately 10 minutes outside of St.
Catharine's, situated on a vineyard with beautiful scenery and a friendly atmosphere.If you are intelligent and ready to learn new things but have not been in the agricultural industry before, or are unsure if you have the qualifications, please reach out as we are willing to train the right person for the job
There is something new everyday with this position. We need someone that is willing to go with the flow, figure things out, and enjoys taking on last minute requests as a challenge
Job Duties:
- Accounts Payable
- Bank Reconciliations
- Timesheet entries
- Logistics /Tracking harvest picks and spray schedules
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.
- General assistance with all bookkeeping operations
- Could list a multiple of daily office duties, but anyone with office experience understands this
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Accounting/Finance experience
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding of the accounting fundamentals, such as debits, credits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgets, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with solid intermediate skills for Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
Salary:
$17.00-$21.00 per hour
