Job summary

We are seeking a communications professional who is energized by educating and inspiring employees with clear, consistent and fit-for-purpose communications to help them become energy advocates.

This individual will support employee programs and business partners by providing tools and resources needed to tell our story.

Prioritize incoming communication requests activate our communications playbook maintain self-serve tools templates guidance documents share with internal business partners assess review edit advise on internal communications plans content write internal communications for diverse employee base manage publish content on intranet news announcements weekly leader briefing newsletter company-wide emails support project teams corporate internal events town halls collaborate liaise Communications External Relations teams
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant post-secondary field such as communications journalism public relations business
  • Two years related experience intermediate advanced understanding Microsoft 365 applications specifically PowerPoint SharePoint excellent verbal written communication skills familiar content project management tools e.g comfortable web-based technology managing incoming service requests publishing communications
