We are looking for a
Business Development Manager to support our business growth in Toronto. This is a full-time, permanent position.
The
Business Development Manager is the primary touchpoint of OTT remittance's sale cycle.

You will be responsible for attending to the needs of our business development, uncovering the possibility of business corporations, and suggesting solutions the company can provide.

Most importantly you will be responsible for finding new partners and sales channels.

How you will contribute:


  • Finding new vendors and sales channel within GTA
  • Maintain a good relationship with all existing agents and partners while looking for new business partners
  • Coordinates with the product team and marketing team to develop strategies that may best attract more remittance volume
  • Visiting different merchants, clients and provide a high standard of customer service with a focused effort and specific goals

What you bring to the table:

  • College graduate.
  • Min of 2 years of experience in the remittance or payments industry.
  • Experience in solution sales in the financial services sector preferred (e.g., payment solutions, cash management / transaction management solutions, remittance, ewallets).
  • Comfortable with a sales role and the assignment of sales goals and management.
  • Personable and easy to relate with.
  • Existing network among remittance and payments customers and business partners.
  • Valid G2/G driver's licence
  • Experience in coordinating and working with crossfunctional teams (e.g., finance, business development, product, technology, treasury, etc).
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability to lead several initiatives at once.
