Job Summary
The Fashion Department Manager will lead fashion associates in daily activities across all fashion departments including completion of modulars merchandising non-modular areas completing price changes maintaining accurate PI and providing a clean safe salesfloor backroom area.Responsibilities
- Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite friendly manner assisting customers by promoting products/services locating merchandise making purchase decisions resolving customer issues referring concerns where appropriate
- Assigning associates to areas of apparel shoes in partnership with the respective salaried Manager
- Maintaining merchandising standards accurate modular integrity accurate signage across all fashion departments
- Ensuring proper fixtures supplies are used replaced if necessary while using proper signage holders as the modular dictates ie beanies/li/ul>
