    Reporting to the National Service Manager, the role holder is responsible for administratively supporting the service department and serving as the interface between service and sales on all service quotation related issues.


    Key tasks:

    • Provide information on availability, delivery times, warranties, prices and basic technical product information;
    • Interface service between sales coordinators and the department;
    • Enter all ZMD contract parts (packs) for quotation;
    • Build relationships, track quote requests, track purchase orders and delivery times;
    • Update of service contracts;
    • Promote the company's products and services.

    Qualifications:

    • AEC in administration;
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
    • Essential bilingualism, oral and written (French and English)
    • Excellent knowledge of information (Microsoft Office, SAP)
    • Honesty / integrity / loyalty;
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
    • Results-oriented and achievement of objectives;
    • Creative and innovative spirit;
    • Good organizational sense;
    • Adaptability;
