Responsibilities:

Responsible for startup and review of the mixing schedule
Visually inspect mixer to ensure no GMP or mechanical issues report deficiencies to Leadhand and/or Supervisor
Follow procedure and mixing standards
Ensure batters are finished in a timely manner preventing downtime between batches
Ensure all documentation is done and completed in a timely manner
Check and document every batch of batter temperature
Document any formula deviations on the formula sheet
Ensure all variances to formulas are noted and reported to Lead and/Supervisor
Inform Lead hand of any quality issue immediately
Ensure the work area is kept neat and clean
Ensure a clean floor area throughout the shift
Prior to leaving at the end of the shift your work area should be organized and clean; all garbage must be emptied and containers must be clean
Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities specific to food safety, legality, and quality
Adhere to all applicable job procedures as outlined in the SOP manual
Adhere to GMPs and Health and Safety rules as outlined in the employee handbook
Adhere to food safety practices and ensure they are being followed
Perform all other duties as assigned
