About the Position:


Currently Technica is seeking motivated individual(s) to join our growing team as
Mobile Maintenance Supervisors for positions at a local mine site in
Sudbury, ON. The role of the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor is to provide leadership and supervision to the maintenance team and ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out safely in accordance with company procedures and standards.


The key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Providing supervision to a multidisciplinary team of trades personnel
  • Ensuring production and maintenance targets are met
  • Safe execution of maintenance plans and equipment repairs
  • Overseeing daily activities of maintenance employees and ensuring tasks are completed safely in accordance with company standards and procedures

Qualifications:


  • Technical Training or certification, or College Diploma in a technical field
  • First Line Production Supervisor Underground Hard Rock Mining Common Core (Program #770121 or #770120)
  • 5 years of related experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Working knowledge and experience with mechanical and electrical equipment is required
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan, organize and work with mínimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Sound knowledge of primary mobile equipment maintenance and OEM specifications
  • Committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
  • Willing and able to undergo preemployment testing as a condition of employment
