As a member of the
CROSSMARK Data Collection Team you will be responsible for collecting and transmitting data gathered from retail stores using a hand-held device.

The role will require meeting defined standards of work volume, quality, accuracy, completeness and meeting timelines while communicating effectively with store management and coworkers.


A successful Data Collection Associate will have:

  • Follow detailed instructions and understand UPC attributes for the purpose of data collection
  • Maintain instore relationships and follow all retailer procedures for store access
  • Utilize data collection tools and software to gather relevant data.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of collected data.
  • Maintain organized records of collected data.
  • Provide regular updates on data collection progress.

Qualifications:


  • Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working with online tools and apps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
