Who we are:
What you'll do:
As the Learning Specialist, Delivery You will be responsible for supporting our Group Manager training and Early Career Programs, which include - Student Development, Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) Scholarship, Post-Secondary Training and our Excellence in Ag Scholarship programs.
- You will support the Leadership Development program for the CRS. This includes coordination, maintenance, and gathering feedback from our accelerated development program, coaching and mentoring programs, various learner funding programs, and training events which will be used to enhance our programs by engaging and collaborating with our Communities of Expertise.
- You will collaborate with the Learning and Development design team to understand the changes or updates to the learning content and adjust existing workshops accordingly.
- You will provide support for all group training sessions. This includes overseeing and managing the scheduling of facilities/locations, tracking attendees, coordinating activities, preparing session materials/equipment, and assisting with facilitation.

People and Culture's Learning & Development team is building their team in order to continue to meet the diverse and growing needs of the Co-operative Retailing System.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Human Resources & Training and:
- You have a Bachelors Degree with preference in Human Resources
- You have a minimum of 13 years HR, learning and development experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
- You are comfortable with technology based learning.
- You have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and use discretion and tact during workshops and coaching others to address potentially difficult or sensitive learner situations.
- You're honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
