Are you an agile and dynamic HR professional who thrives in ambiguous situations and is driven by a passion for delivering exceptional results? If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you as a high-energy and motivated HR Business Partner (HRBP).


As our HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in navigating through a fast-paced environment characterized by significant change and multiple stakeholders.

Your ability to adapt and excel in ambiguity, coupled with your unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service and meeting deadlines, will be crucial to driving success in this role.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Partner with management and staff as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on various human resources matters such as legislative compliance, performance management, employee relations, compensation, training & development, and more, spanning across the Canadian landscape.

Collaborate closely with management and employees to foster strong work relationships, cultivate an engaged workforce, and retain top talent.
Analyze and identify complex people issues and trends, offering strategic recommendations and actionable solutions.
As part of the account leadership team, take ownership of recommending and implementing HR solutions to drive business success.

Leverage your extensive HR experience and internal networks to provide best practice solutions and assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, policies, and practices.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE

Three years of proven work experience in a client-focused HR Business Partner/Advisor role, providing strategic consultation to senior-level management and staff on employment law, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational change and development.

Demonstrate exceptional ability in handling complex employee relations issues and conducting thorough investigations.

Thrive in ambiguity, effortlessly navigating through a multifaceted organization with multiple stakeholders across different geographies while adapting to changing business priorities.

Exhibit an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with a sense of urgency, swiftly responding to the needs of stakeholders.

Possess a winning combination of professionalism and approachability, effectively communicating with all levels of the organization.
Display a solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities, proactively identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
Exhibit excellent leadership skills, capable of coaching and advising management teams both virtually and locally.
Showcase strong analytical acumen and a natural inclination towards acquiring new knowledge and skills.
Preferred experience working with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
French bilingual skills would be a valuable asset.
Hold a post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Labour Relations.
