Key Work Activities:


This includes:

data entry, maintain & co-ordinate sales activities and distribution system for Sales office, travel arrangements, communications and messaging, reception coverage, accounting related functions, preparation of proposals and contracts, maintaining a variety of sales reports and statistics, database maintenance and any other duties as assigned.

Ø The Administrative Assistants position requires that all work and correspondence be treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Including but not limited to contracted rate and client information. Including but not limited to employee information.

Ø Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and general management skills must be practised when dealing with guests and employees both internally and externally exercising good judgment and due diligence.

Ø Excellent organizational and time management skills are a must.
Ø The ability to remain focused under pressure is required.

Ø The ability to multitask and to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as cooperatively within a team setting.

Ø To maintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with clients, other departments and with the community.
Ø To provide exceptional service to clients at all times
Ø Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and a preferred knowledge of Delphi.
Ø Good mathematical skills and working knowledge of accounting principles.
Ø Any other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales
Ø Previous related experience in reception/customer service and secretarial/administration an asset.
