We're committed to supporting your development through comprehensive training programs and continuous learning opportunities helping you advance your skills and achieve your professional goals Our generous vacation allowance annual incentive program and top-tier benefits ensure you and your family are well taken care of Join CAA Atlantic as a Membership Advisor where you'll have opportunities each day to make a difference for our Members near and far Let's Grow Together Reporting to the Branch Manager you will play a key role in delivering CAA Atlantic's Member First philosophy by providing exceptional service and expert guidance to our Members In this member-facing role you will develop a strong understanding of our full range of products services-including memberships travel options insurance offerings-so you can confidently identify recommend the right solutions for each Member's unique needs Your approach will combine professionalism enthusiasm ability turn each interaction positive memorable experience that reflects trusted CAA Atlantic brand On daily basis you will provide in-person over-phone assistance Members customers processing payments updating account details supporting membership sales renewals You'll also assist with services issuing International Driving Permits taking passport photos ensuring all transactions completed accurately efficiently Every interaction require attention detail strong product knowledge navigate range inquiries patience empathy Your expertise extend helping Members plan their travels road trips across North America This includes customized orders trip routes providing tour books maps facilitating bookings car rentals hotel reservations travel medical insurance You act trusted advisor ensuring seamless well-informed tailored every travel experience blended customer service sales proactive attitude achieve exceed sales targets building lasting relationships Finally part supportive team environment work collaboratively colleagues excellent service delivery smooth branch operations Use interpersonal skills handle challenging situations professionalism maintaining CAA Atlantic reputation reliability care Whether assisting Member quick renewal helping plan family road trip offering guidance travel medical insurance memberships contributions directly enhance Member experience success Halifax Branch This full time Monday Friday position requirement work four hours third Saturday As salaried position opportunity earn commission sale certain CAA products services
