Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees in a shift.
  • Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed.
  • Monitor the performance of employees and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Train new employees in job duties and safety procedures.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of shift activities.
