Description

Gentara Real Estate L.P., a local company with commercial properties situated in St. John's, is looking for a hardworking, reliable individual for the Summer student position of General Labourer. This will be a full time seasonal position for the summer months.


Duties:

• Grounds keeping for commercial buildings
• Minor repairs to buildings
• General maintenance duties as required
• Lawn care maintenance

Requirements:

• Punctual and dependable
• Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
• Valid driver's license
• Able to do physical work, including some lifting
• Fall arrest training is an asset

Job Types:
Full-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 3 months
