Main Responsibilities:

Planning and coordination: Develop detailed plans for subcontracting, identifying resource needs, deadlines, and deliverables. Coordinate subcontracting activities, ensuring that external suppliers have the necessary information to execute their tasks according to deadlines and quality standards.
Supplier management: Identify, evaluate, and select appropriate external suppliers for subcontracting needs. Negotiate contracts, rates, and conditions with suppliers. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring they adhere to contractual commitments.
Progress monitoring: Regularly monitor and track subcontracting progress against established goals and timelines. Identify any potential delays or deviations from plans and take appropriate corrective actions in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Risk management: Identify potential risks associated with subcontracting and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Evaluate supplier performance, including deliverable quality, adherence to deadlines, and satisfaction of contractual requirements. Take measures to address performance issues or conflicts with suppliers.
Communication and collaboration: Ensure clear and regular communication with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate closely with internal teams to align goals, share relevant information, and resolve any potential issues. Facilitate collaboration between external suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of subcontracting activities.

Education

University degree in a relevant field (project management, logistics, engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in subcontracting planning, project management, or a similar role.
Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and French.
