Accident Benefits and Tort Law Clerk

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Plaintiff Law Clerk. The role requires 1-3 years of experience in Accident Benefits and Tort, where you will be working closely with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting all pleadings including Statement of Claims, Notice of Change of Lawyer


• Filing court orders online through the JSO portal


• Coordinating between clients and lawyers handling correspondence and section 33 responses


• Requesting productions from doctor offices, hospitals, employment insurance etc.
