Project Manager - Montreal, Canada - Aerotek

Description

As a Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage all aspects of the customer relationship and meet quality, timeliness and contractual requirements for critical and strategic accounts. You will act as the main point of contact for the customers you manage with regard to commercial and escalated issues. You will lead negotiations, and coordinate and direct actions relating to business continuity and improvement.

• Build a strong relationship with critical customer(s)
• Participate in regular reviews with the customer to enable effective two-way communication
• Lead critical topics (escalate higher), identify strategic risks and escalate within the organization
• Manage Engine and APU rentals with our EPR and accounting system Þ Manage Engine, APU and parts repair
• Manage new program solicitations with New Product Integration team

Qualifications:

• University degree (preferred), or similar field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant management and customer management experience
• Understanding of contractual language
• Ability to propose new and creative solutions
• Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed expectations
• Ability to analyze and filter relevant data from various sources
• Project management skills
• Knowledge of the aerospace industry
