Description
Responsible for helpdesk support on computer systems, both in plant and office areas.


Job Duties

  • Maintain and update computer systems and peripherals.
  • Install and configure computer systems.
  • Train users on computerized productivity tools.
  • Troubleshoot network/computer problems.
  • Set up and monitor preventive maintenance procedures.
  • Monitor selected backup processes.
  • Monitor EDI processes.
  • Answer Helpdesk tickets.
  • Administer IS asset management database.
  • Fulfil responsibilities according to company principles, including safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Completion of high school, college diploma.
  • Computer hardware and network experience.
  • Professional and courteous attitude in all working relationships.
  • Successful completion of onthejob training or equivalent experience.

Working Conditions

  • Combined plant and office environment.
