    Project Manager 1 Role

    Work closely with Management/Sales to maintain and grow market share with existing and new clients through exceptional customer support.

    • Develop strong client relationships through top-notch customer service.
    • Act as the key liaison between clients, laboratory and Management to ensure overall satisfaction.
    • Responsible for effective daily service, satisfaction and maintenance of client accounts.
    • Respond to all client communications and redirect communications as required.
    • Provide technical support on varied sampling projects.
    • Provide consultation, recommendations, data interpretation and other technical assistance to clients.
    • Remain current on regulations and guidelines.
    • Document and ensure closure to all client complaints.
    • Stay current with methods, corrective action requests and management of change via various reporting tools.
    • Participate in regional sales strategies, including new account identification and regular account reviews.
    • Coordinate project requirements with clients and facilitate communication between clients and laboratory departments.
    • Coordinate reports, data, billings and client requests.
    • Assist with correspondence and reports for technical analytical data review and marketing information.
    • Execute IT test plans, record results and provide feedback.
    • Effectively execute to key performance indicators.
    • Work with accounting staff to facilitate discussions on client accounts receivable concerns.
    • Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and Quality Standards.
    • Provide client feedback to Management.

    Requirements

    • University degree or college diploma in Sciences, preferably chemistry and/or equivalent experience.
    • 3-5 years' experience in applicable industry.
    • Demonstrated success in Project Manager Assistant roles and/or experience in Laboratory Operations.
    • Basic chemistry knowledge for application in a laboratory setting.
    • Good working knowledge of current regulations and guidelines.
    • Knowledge of computers (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).
    • Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
    • Good time-management, multi-tasking and priority setting skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Organized, detail-oriented and focused.
    • Ability to work independently and engage others when required.
    • Responsible, dedicated and motivated.
