Over the counter, you will conduct transactions for 80+ currencies from all around the world.

You will also help us buy and sell precious metals from Gold, Silver to Platinum in various shapes and sizes.

We are looking for the following:

• Promptly assist customers with a wide variety of foreign currency and bullion transactions in a professional, knowledgeable, courteous & efficient manner
• Ability to engage and quickly connect with clients making the client feel their business is valued
• Developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to actively listen, ask questions and respond in a language that the clients understand.
• Previous cash handling experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and flexible to adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Own customer inquiries/concerns/complaints.
• Ensure service recovery procedures and security & safeguarding procedures for prevention of loss are followed
• Self-Management & Teamwork
• Functional level knowledge of Gold/Silver, Foreign Currency products/services
• Perform additional duties as required

Job Requirements

• Excellent oral & written communication skills in English
• Demonstrate initiative & desire for lifelong learning
• Excellent customer service skills
• Analytical and problemsolving skills
• Selfmotivated with ability to work independently

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

• Cash handling: 1 year (preferred)
