Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean environment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate power tools as needed
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers
- Customer serviceoriented mindset to ensure client satisfaction
- Proficient in using hand tools for various cleaning tasks
