Ristorante Boccaccio is seeking an experienced and talented Restaurant Manager to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for maintaining a professional and efficient restaurant environment and for achieving operational excellence in all areas of the restaurant.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the restaurant to ensure compliance with regulations, employee safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and orientation of new employees.
  • Monitor employee performance and ensure that they are meeting customer service standards.
  • Develop and implement operating policies and procedures for the restaurant.
  • Track daily revenue, expenses, and staffing needs.
  • Monitor the overall dining room atmosphere and ensure high quality service is being provided.
  • Respond to customer complaints and handle any difficult situations.
  • Train and motivate staff to ensure they are staying up to date on customer service.
  • Ensure that all necessary licensure and safety measures

Salary:
$17.40-$18.30 per hour

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)
